It is an Interventional study in which 20 participants will be selected based on Inclusion and Exclusion criteria. After enrolling the patient in study, Internal medicine-Sindhu Valladhi 0.798gm will be given twice a day for the period of 45 days and dressing will be done using Arayappu Kattiku Kalimbu once in two days for the period of 45 days. After completion of study prognosis will be assessed by using Peri Anal Disease Activity Index.

入选标准

•Pain in Ano rectal region(Throbbing pain), Faeces with blood, External opening in peri anal and perineal region that can be probed, Discharge of pus or blood in peri anal region, Low anal fistula confirmed by probing and MRI Fistulogram, Uncomplicated Fistula from Grade I to Grade III(St. James University Classification of Peri anal fistula) Tract length upto 4 cm, Patient who are willing to give consent.

Labortaory investigations such as CBC,LFT,RFT,Urine routine,MRI Fistulogram will also be done at the end of study(Forty Sixth Day)
