Inclusion Criteria
Any patient of chronic recalcitrant non healing wounds, between 30 to 60 years of age, of both sexes, are eligible for this study
Exclusion Criteria
Age less than 30 and more than 60
Pregnant females
Ischemic ulcers patient
Patients suffering from- Copd, bradycardia disorders, bradyarrythmias, heart block, ccf, patient already on beta blockers
