Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Primiparous women. Women who underwent episiotomy being between 6 and 24 hours postpartum and delivered live baby. Mother who complains of pain at the site of incision. Mothers who have completed full term labor. Mother and infant with no other complications during pregnancy or during labor. Literate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women and/or infant having any respiratory or cardiac related issues. Mothers under sedation. Mothers with postnatal complications. Musculoskeletal complications during pregnancy.
- •Catheterization.
