入选标准
- •1. Age- 18 years to 60 years
- •2. ASA I to III
排除标准
- •1.Refusal of patient to participate in study
- •3.Patients allergic to Zinc or Xylocaine
- •4.Patients with history of other form of allergies
- •5.Patients with history of Pharyngitis/Tonsillitis/Laryngitis/any pre-existing pharyngeal or laryngeal pathologies
- •6.Confirmed or suspected case of COVID 19
- •8.Surgeries extending more than 3 hours
- •9.Surgeries done in prone position as Glyccopyrolate will be required
- •10.Patients with difficult airway
- •11.Surgeries requiring nasal intubation
