Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients aged between 20 \- 65 years
  • •ASA class I and II scheduled for breast surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

  • •past history of coagulation disorders
  • •spine or chest wall deformity
  • •uncontrolled chronic medical disease e.g (renal or hepatic failure)
  • •known allergy to local anaesthetics or opioid
  • •obese patients with body mass index (BMI) ¿ 30
  • •patients on opioid treatment
