Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients over 19 years of age undergoing robotic esophagectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) emergency operation
- •2\) open surgery
- •3\) laparoscopic surgery without using a robot
- •4\) planned concomitant major surgery
- •5\) patients at risk of pneumothorax
- •6\) patients with elevated ICP
- •7\) pulmonary morbidity requiring preoperative oxygen therapy
- •8\) use of a circulatory assist device before surgery (ECMO, IABP)
- •9\) use of preoperative tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation
- •10\) when the value of positive end expiratory pressure applied during surgery changes
