Adult patients over 19 years of age undergoing robotic esophagectomy
1) emergency operation
2) open surgery
3) laparoscopic surgery without using a robot
4) planned concomitant major surgery
5) patients at risk of pneumothorax
6) patients with elevated ICP
7) pulmonary morbidity requiring preoperative oxygen therapy
8) use of a circulatory assist device before surgery (ECMO, IABP)
9) use of preoperative tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation
10) when the value of positive end expiratory pressure applied during surgery changes
11) disagreement for participating in the study
