- •good general health
- •patient having at least 12 natural teeth with minimum of three in each jaw quadrant.
- •Two sites in each quadrant with a minimum probing depth of 5mm.
- •smoking at least ten cigarettes per day.
排除标准
- •systemic antibiotic use or periodontal treatment within the the past 6 months.
- •antienflamatuar medication use within the past 3 months.
