Inclusion Criteria
- •\- Sujets obèses. L’obésité sera définie par l’IMC(30\< IMC\<40 kg/m2\),
- •\- De sexe masculin,
- •\- Age : 25 à 45 ans
- •\- Présentant une insulinorésistance et évalué par le QUICKI \= 1/ \[(log insulinémie à jeun\- µU/ml)\+(log glycémie
- •à jeun \-mg/dl)] \< 0,33
- •\- Avec une pression sanguine artérielle inférieure à 140/90 mm Hg.
- •\- Sujet acceptant de participer à l'étude et ayant donné son consentement éclairé écrit (signature),
- •\- Affilié à un régime de sécurité sociale

Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Participation à un essai clinique durant les 3 derniers mois.
- •\- Antécédent de maladie cardio\-vasculaire.
- •\- Prise de médicament interférant avec le système cardio\-vasculaire ou le système nerveux autonome (dont prise
- •de bêta bloqueurs).
- •\- Sujet traité par Niacine
- •\- Sujet traité par les fibrates, statines, cholestyramine et ezetimibe
- •\- Triglycérides \>5g/l
- •\- Prise de diurétiques thiazidiques
- •\- Hyperglycémie à jeun \> 1,26 g/l (Diabète)
- •\- Pression artérielle \> 140/90 mm Hg
