- •1. Clinical psychology trainees and MD Psychiatry students currently enrolled across Indian institutions for a minimum of 6 months and are actively seeing patients. 2. Trainees who have not gone to therapy after enrolling in the course. 3. Trainees who have discontinued psychotherapy despite feeling a need to continue. 4. Trainees who are on psychiatric medication but do not go for psychotherapy. 5. Trainees who score a minimum of 4 on the Mental Help Seeking Intention Scale. 5. Trainees must have access to online platforms.
