- •All Patients more than equal to 60 years of age undergoing major abdominal surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.BMI > 30 kg/m2
- •2.Severe Cardiopulmonary diseases
- •3.Hemodynamic Instability
- •4.Cerebrovascular Diseases
