Inclusion Criteria
All the patients with necrotizing fasciitis diagnosed in the Department of Surgery irrespective of age and sex will be included in the present study.
Only pus, abscess aspirate and infected tissue samples from necrotizing fasciitis cases will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
The superficial wound swab collected from patients with necrotizing fasciitis will be excluded from the study.
The duplicates samples from same patient will be excluded from the study.
