Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a complex disorder which involves physical, mental, and behavioral changes prior to menstruation. The common symptoms represent stomach ache, headache, back pain, exhaustion, anxiety, and concentration deficiency, so that PMS has undesirable effects on health and quality of life.

Brief Summary

The result showed that severity of PMS and flexibility significantly improved. There are also significant improvements of quality of life in physical functioning, bodily pain, social functioning, mental health, and total score .

Inclusion Criteria

the participants aged between 18-22 years who experienced PMS (PSST score = 39-57, and their BMI were between 18.5-29.9 kg/m2.

Exclusion Criteria

They were excluded provided they were pregnant, experienced neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and musculoskeletal diseases, and routinely performed exercise (moderate intensity training, more than an hour per week) within 3 months prior to the recruitment.
