Inclusion Criteria

1 Patient which shows symptoms of Prastari Arma.

2 Patient age group 30-60 yrs.

3 Pterygium, both from inner and outer canthus.

4 Pterygium limited to scleral part up to limbus.

5 Patient irrespective of sex, educational status, socio economic status, marital status, caste etc.

Exclusion Criteria

1 Any acute infective ocular disease.

2 Recently operated eye.

3 Pterygium encroaching cornea.

4 Patient having major complicated systemic and eye disease.
