Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Adult patients above 18years
- •2.Elective surgeries under general anaesthesia requiring stroke volume and cardiac output monitoring
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients refusing informed consent
- •2.Patents with pre-existing valvular heart disease,intracardiac shunts or ejection fraction less than 30%
- •3.Cardiac arrhythmias
- •4.Peripheral valvular heart disease
