Inclusion Criteria

  • •Weight\-50\-80kgs
  • •Height\-150\-180cms
  • •ASA grade 1 and 2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients undergoing emergency surgery
  • •Cardiovascular diseases
  • •Patients with coagulopathy
  • •Known contra indication for spinal anaesthesia and drugs\-fentanyl, dexmedetomidine and bupivacaine
  • •Pregnant women
  • •Psychiatric disorders
