Inclusion Criteria
- •Weight\-50\-80kgs
- •Height\-150\-180cms
- •ASA grade 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing emergency surgery
- •Cardiovascular diseases
- •Patients with coagulopathy
- •Known contra indication for spinal anaesthesia and drugs\-fentanyl, dexmedetomidine and bupivacaine
- •Pregnant women
- •Psychiatric disorders
