Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with ASA physical status I/II/III , mouth opening more than 2 finger breadth, who are known hypertensives and scheduled for elective surgery with supraglottic airway devices as airway device will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those who are obese ,pregnant, have known chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,asthma or any other respiratory pathology,or history suggestive of gastrooesophageal reflux disease
