Inclusion Criteria

Cases : Patients with VKH disease who

diagnosed for more than 1 year and clinically inactive disease

• healthy volunteers : select from Phasukkijwatana

study, age matched, sex matched and

spherical matched to cases

Exclusion Criteria

1.spherical equivalent < †6.0 diopters
2.severe cataract
3.Glaucoma
4.Evidence of retinal or macular disease
5.History of ocular surgery in 1 year
6.Age > 20 years old
