Inclusion Criteria
- •Periodontally healthy permanent teeth
- •with carious exposure of pulp were included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •negative response to vitality tests, or had a positive history of antibiotic
- •use in the past 1 month or required antibiotic prophylaxis, had taken
- •analgesics in the past 3 days, or if the tooth was previously accessed
