入选标准
- •1. American society of Anaesthesiology physical status 1 and 2
- •2. Scheduled for elective upper limb orthopaedic surgery(forearm and elbow surgery)
- •3. Informed and written consent to the study
排除标准
- •1. Patient with known hypersensitivity to LA
- •2. Local infection at the site of the block
- •3. Patients with known coagulopathy or on anticoagulation therapy
- •4. Patients with history of cardiac,hepatic,renal disease,respiratory,neurological,psychiatric,neuromuscular disorders
- •5. Pregnant and lactating patients
- •6. Patients with morbid obesity
- •7. Patients with systemic use of corticosteroids for 2 weeks or longer within 6 months of surgery and chronic opioid use
- •8. Patients who are unable to comprehend the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain assessment
