- •All patients undergoing elective lower segment caesarean section during the period of six months.
排除标准
- •Difficult subarachnoid block
- •Multiple pricks during subarachnoid block
- •Emergency LSCS
- •Patients with hematological disease,
- •bleeding or coagulation test abnormalities,
- •psychiatric diseases,
- •history of drug abuse and
- •allergy to local anaesthetics of the amide type
