Inclusion Criteria
All patients undergoing elective lower segment caesarean section during the period of six months.
Exclusion Criteria
Difficult subarachnoid block
Multiple pricks during subarachnoid block
Emergency LSCS
Patients with hematological disease,
bleeding or coagulation test abnormalities,
psychiatric diseases,
diabetes,
history of drug abuse and
allergy to local anaesthetics of the amide type
