- •a localized periodontal pocket either in maxilla or mandibular arch with pocket depth of more than or equal to 5 mm involving more than 2 sites with minimum of 20 natural teeth.
排除标准
- •1) history of systemic disease
- •2)use of prophylactic antibiotics or anti-inflammatory therapy six months prior to study.
- •3) patients with known history of allergy
- •4) pregnant and lactating women
