This cross sectional questionnaire based survey is designed to assess the knowledge, attitude and practices regarding radiation safety amongst various cadres of Anaesthesiology Personnels (Consultants, Residents,Technicians and Nurses ) who are working in diverse areas like Operation Theatres, Intensive Care Units and peripheral locations where anaesthesia is being delivered (like cath labs, endoscopy suites, radiotherapy suites etc) in the three tertiary care medical institutions of Lucknow whose work is being increasingly associated with exposure to radiations. Based on the conclusions thus derieved, we plan to suggest and promote measures which can reduced radiation exposure amongst anaesthesiology personnel
