- •1) Young swimmers having tightness of Pectoral muscles
- •2) All gender young swimmers between age group 12-18 years.
- •3) Subjects having acromion to table distance more than 2.54cm.
- •4) Children and parents willing to participate in research
排除标准
- •1)Children with diagnosed skin infection
- •2) Recent Fractures or soft tissue injuries, dislocation , trauma of upper limb
- •3) Recent surgeries of upper limb
- •4) Open wounds around shoulder joint
- •5) Fever during recruitment
- •6) Blisters/burns around shoulder
- •7) Local tissue inflammation
