1) Young swimmers having tightness of Pectoral muscles
2) All gender young swimmers between age group 12-18 years.
3) Subjects having acromion to table distance more than 2.54cm.
4) Children and parents willing to participate in research
1)Children with diagnosed skin infection
2) Recent Fractures or soft tissue injuries, dislocation , trauma of upper limb
3) Recent surgeries of upper limb
4) Open wounds around shoulder joint
5) Fever during recruitment
6) Blisters/burns around shoulder
7) Local tissue inflammation
8) Tumors
