Patients complaining of Asá¹?gdarawith any two of the following features:
�तिप�?रा��?र�?य�ण� [Heavy menstrual bleeding] (amount >80ml) Amount more than 80 ml will be assessed by pictorial blood loss assessment chart score 100.
द�र�?��ालान�?बन�?ध�न �त�?�ालम {Prolonged menstrual bleeding} &/or (With the duration of bleeding >7 days)
�न�त�?�ाल [Inter menstrual bleeding or Frequent menstrual cycle (interval < 24days)]
�न�?यद�?र��?तल��?षणात वातपित�?त�फत�?रिद�ष� �स�?र��?दर (features different from normal menstrual blood.)
Patients of age group 12 to 50 years.
Patient having Menopausal bleeding.
Patients having bleeding due to abortion and childbirth.
Patients having coagulation disorders.
Patient having genital malignancy.
Patients having STDs.
Patients having any severe systemic diseases.
Uterine and pelvic pathology like- Polyps, Endometrial Tuberculosis, Fibroid, Adenomyosis, Pelvic inflammatory disease etc.
Patients using Intra uterine contraceptive device.
Recently vaccinated for Covid-19 {within 3 months}.
Bleeding from other than vaginal route.
