1. Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa described inancient
Ayurveda text will be selected for present study such as;
? ShwasaKrichchhata(Dyspnoea)
? Ghurghurukama(Wheezing sound)
? Kasa(Cough)
? Asamyakanidra(Disturbedsleep)
? Kantodhwamsa(Hoarseness of voice)
? Pinasa(Coryza)
? ShleshmaVimokshanteMuhurtam Sukham (After expectoration patient feelsbetter).
? ParshvaAvgrihyate(Chest tightness)
? Aasinolabhatesaukhyam (Comfortable in sitting position)
2.PEF: =50-100%
1. Patient suffering from systemic or serious illness like Diabetes mellitus, Emphysema ,Renal disease and Cardiac diseases.
2. Patients of Cor pulmonale ,Cardiac asthma and severe exacerbation.
3. Any acute systemic disease or infection with post covid lung disease or complication.
4. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
5. Any malignancy.
6. Acute and serious conditions require immediate intervention will be excluded.
7. PEF less than 50%
