Inclusion Criteria
- •Informed consent
- •ASA grade 1 and 2
- •Scheduled for elective laparoscopy Cholecystectomy surgery under general anaesthesia
- •Age 20\-45 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •History of neurological or psychiatric illness
- •Allergic to any drug used in general anaesthesia
- •Chronic pain disorder
- •Peripheral vascular disease
- •Autonomic dysfunction or on any medication causing autonomic dysfunction
- •Unstable haemodynamic status
