- Brief Summary
This is a single arm open clinical trial to find out the thereapeutic effect of Mathulai Nei (Intenal Medicine) a herbal drug (Containing Pomogranate, cardamon, Myristica fragrans,butter) administered orally twice a day. The drug dosage is 5.3ml for seven days. The clinical assessment and laboratory investigations will be recorded in case report form(CRF) for all patients.After completion of the trial all the data will be analysed statisticaly and the research reports will be published in Indian journal of medical research.

- Patients with symptoms of cough Patients with symptoms of Rhinorrhoea Patients with fever Patients with history of headache Patients with history of abdominal pain Patients with history of diarrhea Patients with malaise/headache Willing to give specimen of blood for investigation when required.
- Willing to be admitted in the hospital or willing to attend OPD once in 7 days.
Children below 7 yrs age Continous fever for few days Signs of dehydration Breathing problems Patient’s with any other serious illness.
