Inclusion Criteria
1. Presence of a sleep-related breathing disorder with the indication for sleep-induced endoscopy
2. Consent of the patient
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients under 18 years
2. Lack of Informed Consent
3. Lack of indication for the sleep-induced endoscopy
4. Contraindication to the drug-induced sleep endoscopy (eg, anesthesia-related aspiration, obesity permagna)

Name Time Method Correlation of the depth of sedation in drug-induced sleep endoscopy with the pharyngeal relaxation in patients with sleep-related breathing disorders (SBAS).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. Evaluation of the required dose of medication to achieve a certain level of sedation with respect to the expression of a SBAS (measured in the Polygrahia).<br>2. Analyse the acoustic characteristics of the induced snoring, depending on the depth of sedation.
