入选标准
- •Patients with ceacal-, ascending- or right transverse colon cancer with UICC stages I-III. Patients must have an indication of for a colon resection according to German S3-guidelines (2013) and will thus undergo complete mesocolic excision. Patients must be at leat 18 years old and be able of informed consent
排除标准
- •Previous relevant intrabdominal surgery (not relevant: appendectomy, cholcystectomy, gynocologic operations)
- •T4 -Carcinoma with infiltration of nighbouring structures.
- •Emergency operations, ASA IV status
