- •1.Patients of 20-70 years of age fulfilling the criteria of American College of Rheumatology (ACR) for the diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis, who had never received disease modifying anti/Rheumatoid Drugs (DMARDs).
- •2.Presence of active disease as defined by the presence of >, 6 tender joints and >; 6 swollen joints.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with concomitant renal/ hepatic insufficiently or sever gastrointestinal insufficiency.
- •2.Pregnant or lactating women.
