- •Willing to participate in the study and follows the instructions.

- •Severe watery diarrhoea.
- •Age below 2 and above 12 years.
- •Known case of intussusception and ulcerative colitis.
- •Known case of malignancy like leukaemia, carcinoma of colon etc.
- •Known case of any systemic disease.
