<br>1.Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by a physician, having had diabetes for at least one year.<br>2.Aged 60 to 80 years.<br>3.Able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese.
<br>1.History of neurological or psychiatric disorders, such as stroke, brain injury, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and depression.<br>2.History of myocardial infarction, heart failure, or cardiomyopathy within the past six months.<br>Diagnosed with cognitive impairment by a physician.<br>3.Limited mobility or difficulty walking (e.g., musculoskeletal issues or vision impairment).<br>4.Already engaged in regular exercise (moderate intensity exercise at least 5 times a week for 30 minutes or more each session).<br>5.Living alone.
