Inclusion Criteria

1.Subjects fulfilling any three diagnostic

criteria

2.Age between 18-45years

3.Subject signing the consent form

Exclusion Criteria

1.K/C/O Metabolic diseases-Diabetes mellitusâ?¦

2.Subjects on hormonal therapy.

3.Subjects positive for HIV, HBsAg, VDRL.

4.Pregnancy

5.Unmarried women.

6.Any antifungal or antibiotic use 14 days prior to enrolment 12

7.Use of intravaginal antibiotics within the past 2 weeks Immunosuppressive drug within 4 months.

8.Presence of vaginal / vulval ulcer Presence of any other vulval, vaginal or medical condition, including cervical neoplasia/ treatment that might confound treatment response.

9.History of hypersensitivity to Clindamycin And Clotrimazol.
