- •Middle education and higher
- •Age range 45 to 55 years
- •Normal menopause (not secondary to medication or surgery)
- •Married and living with a spouse
- •Being at least 1 year and at most 5 years away from normal menstruation
排除标准
- •Exposure to severe stress during the last 6 months
- •Taking anti psychotic drugs
- •Chronic disease
- •Having any mental illness
- •Previous history of using counseling techniques in the last 6 months
- •Use of hormonal supplements during menopause
