1.Patients posted for routine surgeries under general anaesthesia
2.ASAgrade I and II.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with history of allergy to local anaesthetics
2.Pregnant women and lactating mothers
3.Patients with bleeding disorders
4.Patients with psychiatric disorders
5.Patients with neuromuscular disorders
