- •Subject fulfilling at least one diagnostic criteria and with Insomnia severity index above 8.
- •1. Age group between 20-50 years.
- •2. Patients of all gender, irrespective of socio-economic status.
- •3. Patients ready to sign informed consent form.
排除标准
- •1.Known case of substance abuse.
- •2.Previously diagnosed psychiatric cases under medication with psychotropic effects or properties known to affect sleep-wake cycle.
- •3.Known cases of severe or unstable, acute or chronically progressive medical or surgical disorder.
