1. According to ACP class I completely edentulous patients. 2.Age between 45 and 65 years. 3. Patient without and temporomandibular disorder and craniofacial deformities. 4. Patients with history of edentulism not less than 6 months.
1. Presence of any craniofacial deformities. 2. Presence of any temporomandibular disorders. 3. Presence of any underlying bone disorders. 4. Presence of any debilitating systemic disease. 5. Presence of any physical and mental disability which will hamper the study. 6. Long term denture wearer patients.

Name Time Method 1. To compare mastication performance of Conventional Complete dentures and three appointment Complete dentures. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2. To compare patient satisfaction level with Conventional Complete dentures and three appointment Complete dentures. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>3. To compare bite force of the patient using Conventional Complete dentures and three appointment Complete dentures. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>4. - Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The study will give an evidence on the number of follow up visits done by the patients given complete dentures by three appointment approach. This study will also provide an evidence for the development of a protocol for complete denture fabrication in dental camps and clinics in remote areas.Timepoint: 1 month <br/ ><br>6 months <br/ ><br>12 months
