Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adults aged 60 and above.
- •2\. Individuals who understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily provide written consent as participants.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals with untreated serious medical conditions in internal medicine.
- •2\. Individuals with severe musculoskeletal or neurological disorders accompanied by uncontrolled pain.
- •3\. Individuals who have difficulty with independent walking.
- •4\. Individuals deemed ineligible for clinical research participation by the researchers due to other reasons such as cognitive impairment or functional disabilities.
