  • - Patients must fulfil WHO diagnostic criteria fpr myelofibrosis (MF), essential thrombocythemia (ET), or polycythemia vera (PV)

  • - Limited legal capacity or lack of legal capacity
  • - Age < 18 years
  • - BCR-ABL-positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CML)
