Inclusion Criteria

Selection of patient irrespective of gender, religion and socio-economical status

A known Diabetic on treatment or newly diagnosed Diabetes

Patients with fasting blood sugar levels >126mg% up to 300mg% and post prandial >200mg% up to 450mg%

Exclusion Criteria

Patient who is already taking Ayurvedic management for Prameha

Diabetes mellitus type 1 acromegaly cushings syndrome and pancreatic disorder

Pregnant and lactating mothers

Patients with acute complications like hyperglycemic coma ketoacidosis and infections like gangrene
