- •NICU graduate
- •Medically stable infants
- •Discharged to home
- •MD referral
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Extensive medical neurological like Ongoing Epilepsy, HIE III, musculoskeletal conditions like Congenital Talipus Equino Varus (CTEV), Congenital Dislocation of Hip (CDH), cardiopulmonary comorbidities like PDA, ASD, VSD etc
- •2\.Neonates discharged to secondary care facilities
