NICU graduate
Medically stable infants
Discharged to home
MD referral
Exclusion Criteria
1.Extensive medical neurological like Ongoing Epilepsy, HIE III, musculoskeletal conditions like Congenital Talipus Equino Varus (CTEV), Congenital Dislocation of Hip (CDH), cardiopulmonary comorbidities like PDA, ASD, VSD etc
2.Neonates discharged to secondary care facilities
