Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged 40-79 years, and undergoing screening or surveillance colonoscopy with at least one endoscopically diagnosed adenomatous or sessile serrated polyps measuring 3-9 mm.
Exclusion Criteria
The participants with endoscopically suspicious of malignant polyps, inflammatory bowel disease, familial polyposis syndrome, use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy, known coagulopathy, pregnancy, or those who do not consent to participate in the study will be excluded.
