Inclusion Criteria

1. actively registered students of Universiti Malaya
2. age between 18-25 years old
3. understands English
4. has adequate web literacy
5. no current suicidal thoughts
6. not on any psychiatric medications

Exclusion Criteria

1. Has hallucinatory psychiatric illnesses
2. current suicidal ideation
