Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. actively registered students of Universiti Malaya
- •2\. age between 18\-25 years old
- •3\. understands English
- •4\. has adequate web literacy
- •5\. no current suicidal thoughts
- •6\. not on any psychiatric medications
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Has hallucinatory psychiatric illnesses
- •2\. current suicidal ideation
