入选标准
- •Patients of either gender
- •Patients with age 18 to 70 years
- •Serum uric acid level >7 mg / dl for men and > 6 mg / dl for women
- •Chronic cases of gout ( more than 1 year )
排除标准
- •Immunocompromised patients or patients on immunosuppressive drugs
- •Patients suffering from life threatening diseases
- •Pregnant women and lactating mother
- •Patients with k/c/o hypersensitivity of any drug
- •Patients suffering from chronic kidney diseases or end stage renal diseases and requiring dialysis
- •Patients taking diuretics, aspirin, ethambutol, pyrazinamide, cyclosporine, cytotoxic drug
