- •Serum osmolality- < 275 mOsm/kg
- •Urinary sodium concentration >20 mmol/L

- •Normal Serum Cortisol
- •Normal thyroid function

- •Patients with hypovolemic and hypervolemic Hyponatremia
- •Patients with Hypothyroidism
- •Patients with Addison disease
- •Pregnant females
- •Psychiatry patients on antipsychiatry medications
- •Patients on diuretics
- •Recent alcohol binge intake
