Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. been on Covid duty donning the PPE for a minimum period of 6 hours
  • •2\. willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects will be excluded if they reported of having any of the below pathology
  • •1\. hypertension
  • •2\. respiratory pathology like asthma
  • •3\. recent myocardial infarction
  • •4\. unstable angina
  • •5\. diabetes mellitus
  • •6\. thyroid abnormality â?? both hypo and hyperthyroid
  • •7\. neurological or cognitive disorders with functional deficits
