Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. been on Covid duty donning the PPE for a minimum period of 6 hours
- •2\. willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects will be excluded if they reported of having any of the below pathology
- •1\. hypertension
- •2\. respiratory pathology like asthma
- •3\. recent myocardial infarction
- •4\. unstable angina
- •5\. diabetes mellitus
- •6\. thyroid abnormality â?? both hypo and hyperthyroid
- •7\. neurological or cognitive disorders with functional deficits
